π Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of many of our items (like fruits, vegetables, and fresh organic produce), we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste, personal preference, or minor packaging dents unless the product is unusable.

Return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Once we verify the issue, we will initiate a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference and product availability.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund via UPI or bank transfer.

For eligible returns, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address (if available in your area). In some cases, we may ask you to dispose of the product safely.
β Non-Returnable Items
